We rescued two tiny baby turtles! They are so CUTE! The smallest one is the size of a quarter. They seem to be adjusting really well so far. At least they are doing better than the people who had them before. Sad. On the first day we put them in the sink with some purified water. They liked swimming around in a big space a lot!
The little one's name is Deggers (after Dave Eggers) and the other one is Ishi (after Kazuo Ishiguro).
Aren't they adorable? We just couldn't leave them behind!

Awwwwww!! I love teeny-tiny turtles! I had several growing up. Actually my mom is the one who always wanted them, haha. We got her one for her birthday a few years ago and he got to be really big so he had to live in our garden pond! They're soooooo cute!!
